The same experienced instructors training future health care leaders at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) are now available to teach community members essential life-saving skills. LMU-DCOM professionals in Harrogate and Knoxville are offering comprehensive CPR and first aid classes to businesses, schools, medical and dental offices, fitness centers, and outdoor groups.
Class instructors who are renowned for their expertise in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Health Science Institute (HSI) CPR training are now extending their services to the broader community. In addition to these certifications, trainings are available in adult and infant choking, first aid, trauma care, naloxone administration, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use.
Classes are conducted on site at the requesting organization's location. To make the process seamless for participants, instructors will bring all the necessary equipment. Each session typically lasts up to three hours, but the duration can be adjusted based on the specific training needs of the group.
